Nanette spent her childhood playing in the fields and forests of her home in Oregon. She believes her vivid imagination, desire to create and nod to nostalgia stem from these childhood experiences. After attending university in Indiana she returned home to complete her BFA at OSU with an emphasis on drawing and printmaking. After University she worked as a graphic artist where she established a letterpress studio and eventually acquired an etching press. She now works as a printmaker and painter dividing her time between her Portland studio and her mountain retreat nestled between a rich forest and a raging river.
She has been featured in numerous solo, invitational and juried exhibitions nationally and is a William Park Studio member. For more information about her work, to inquire about commissions or to join her email list contact: firstname.lastname@example.org
